As indicated, many of Gotham Judaica's items are hand made. Resulting variations are inevitable and should be considered individual to each piece. All designs are protected by Gotham Judaica, LLC, 2002.

Many of our items are in stock, however in the event of a backorder please allow a minimum of 30 days for delivery. When ordering item from the SGM Signature Design Collection™, please allow 6-8 weeks delivery.

While we have tried to faithfully reproduce our product colors in photographs, please be aware that different computer monitors display colors slightly differently, and the image colors you see may not be exactly true to life.

To process an order, we must have your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with you.

On occasion, we may use the contact information we collect to notify you about important changes to the Web site, service changes and special offers we think you'll find valuable. You may request to be removed from our mailing list at any time.

By using our website, you are giving your consent to the collection and use of your information as delineated above. Returns

** Gotham Judaica is committed to providing Judaica that is unique and beautiful. **
We hope you will enjoy your purchases for many years to come. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the item you have received, we will be happy to make an exchange or accept returns along with a copy of the original invoice or gift invoice. Merchandise must be received in original packaging and condition.

We regret that we are unable to accept personalized items for return unless defective or have been damaged in shipping. Refunds for returned items will be issued via the same method of payment. If, for any reason, you would like to return an item you received as a gift, please provide us with a copy of the gift invoice and a refund can be made to the original purchaser, or we will be happy to make a gift exchange. Please note that shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Rates and Policies

Many of our items are handcrafted and while we do our best to maintain an adequate inventory, we may not be able to fill your request immediately. In-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your order. When ordering from the SGM Signature Design Collection™, we will ship any in-stock items immediately. If the item is not in-stock at the time your order is placed, please allow 6-8 weeks delivery time. In addition, please add 1-2 weeks delivery time for any orders which require engraving.

When an order has been placed, you will be notified within 24 hours that the order has been received along with an expected shipment date. When your package is sent we will provide you with shipping confirmation by email, including UPS tracking information and estimated delivery time. Your credit card will be authorized when the order is placed, but no charges are incurred until the order has been shipped.

Most packages shipped within the continental US are shipped via UPS. Delivery time will vary depending on package destination and shipping method chosen. When choosing your shipping method please note that UPS does not normally deliver or pickup on weekends. Should you require Saturday delivery you must let us know when you place your order (UPS will add an additional charge of $10).

UPS shipping is available as follows:

UPS Ground: The most economical method of shipment within the 48 contiguous states, most shipments arriving within 1 week of ship date.

UPS 2nd Day Air: Provides guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the United States by the end of the second business day.

UPS Next Day Air: Guarantees delivery by 10:30 a.m., noon, or end of day the next business day depending on destination (noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays).

All orders shipped via UPS and valued over $500 require a signature for delivery. All packages shipped via FedEx will require a signature for delivery. Please note that UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Please be sure to use a physical street address for your order.

To ensure correct processing and timely delivery, please be sure to complete all required fields in the checkout area. Please note that pricing and estimated delivery time apply to the US mainland only. For international shipments please contact us with all pertinent information, including the desired shipping address and item information and you will receive a shipping quote within 24 hours.

Gift Orders: We would be pleased to gift wrap any item for you for a small charge. If you are ordering multiple items, please indicate whether you wish them to be gift-wrapped together or separately. If you order a gift to be sent directly to the gift recipient, please make sure to fill in the "MESSAGE" section of the order form with your personalized message, and be sure to sign your name the way you want it on the card.

Oversized packages will incur additional charges.

Overnight Service (1 Business Day) add $20.00
Expedited and Overnight orders must be received by 11:00am EST.
